This is a bit more complex than usual because some should be the community cluster (if they are for ci) and some should be the firefox-ci cluster (if they are the running prod services)

@marco-c The PR is now OK on TC-Community, i just switched the repo merge rules to require TC-Community check instead of Taskcluster. We should be good to go after your review |
