Category 30, 40 & 50 articles are not listed inside the localization dashboard

Describe the bug
As described in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1749457 and https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1395242

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to the https://support.allizom.org/en-US/contributors?category=30 page.
2. Copy the name of one of the ready for l10n listed articles inside the How To Contribute category and search for it inside the localization dashboard (example: https://support.allizom.org/ro/localization/most-visited-translations)
3. Navigate to the https://support.allizom.org/en-US/contributors?category=40 page.
4. Copy the name of one of the ready for l10n listed articles inside the Administration category and search for it inside the localization dashboard (example: https://support.allizom.org/ro/localization/most-visited-translations)
5. Navigate to the https://support.allizom.org/en-US/contributors?category=50 page.
6. Copy the name of one of the ready for l10n listed articles inside the Navigation category and search for it inside the localization dashboard (example: https://support.allizom.org/ro/localization/most-visited-translations)

Expected behavior
The ready for l10n marked articles inside the 30, 40 & 50 categories are displayed inside the localization dashboard.

Actual behavior
The ready for l10n marked articles inside the 30, 40 & 50 categories are not displayed inside the localization dashboard.
