Preconditions
Sign in to SUMO with an admin account.

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://support.allizom.org/admin/products/productsupportconfig/
  2. Enabled a hybrid flow for one of the available product support configurations and set Zendesk as the default support channel.
  3. Navigate to the https://support.allizom.org/admin/questions/aaqconfig/ page.
  4. Enable the AAQ forum (for the product in step 2) to be available inside a non en-US locale (example: Romanian).
  5. Navigate to the `questions/new/{product}/form page (Example: https://support.allizom.org/ro/questions/new/pocket/form).
  6. Click on the "Ask the community instead" support channel switcher

Actual behavior
Step 5: The Zendesk form is going to redirect the user to the en-US locale since Zendesk support is available only for English users (after #2730 is fixed).
Step 6: The user is going to be redirected to en-US community forum form and the question is going to be submitted against the en-US locale.

Expected behavior
For hybrid flows, when the user is requesting ZD support for a non-English locale, we should ask the user to select from two options:

  • Use ZD support but with the English locale
  • If the product has community support for the non-English locale, give the user the option to select that instead.
