Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the product solutions page for a product that doesn't have AAQ enabled in a non en-US locale but it has AAQ enabled for the en-US locale (example: https://support.allizom.org/ro/questions/new/firefox)

Expected behavior
The "Ask a Question" CTA is displayed which should redirect the non en-US locale users to the get-community-support kb article.

Actual behavior
The "Ask a Question" CTA is not displayed.

Desktop:

  • OS: Windows 11
  • Browser: Firefox

Additional context
This issue is reproducible in stage.
We must ensure that the following logic is met:

Show the CTA if:

  • The Product has:AAQ enabled in the requested locale or in the en-US one.
    • If enabled in requested locale => CTA redirects the user to the contact form in that locale.
    • If not enabled in requested locale but enabled in en-US => CTA redirects the user to the get-community-support kb article.
  • Zendesk enabled => Redirect the user to the en-US contact form.

Do not show the CTA if:

  • The product has:AAQ disabled in the requested locale and also disabled in the en-US one.
  • Zendesk disabled
