Preconditions
Sign in to SUMO with an admin account.

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://support.allizom.org/admin/products/productsupportconfig/4/change/ (or any other product support configuration admin page)
  2. Check the Subscription only checkbox.
  3. Ensure that no option is selected inside the Unsubscribed redirect product: dropdown.
  4. Save the changes.
  5. Navigate to the https://support.allizom.org/en-US/ page.
  6. Type a search term inside the search field that is going to return 0 search results.
  7. Click on the Mozilla VPN product from the Filter by product section.
  8. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Get support button from the Still need help widget.

Expected behavior
The Still need help widget is not displayed since no Unsubscribed redirect product selection was performed in step 3.
