Preconditions

  1. Navigate to the Firefox for Enterprise product support configuration admin page (https://support.allizom.org/admin/products/productsupportconfig/11/change/)
  2. Ensure that Zendesk Support is not configured inside the Routing Configuration section. (Only the community support)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://support.allizom.org/en-US/

Expected behavior
The Partner Support banner is not displayed.

Actual behavior
The Partner Support banner is displayed.

Desktop:

  • OS: Windows 11
  • Browser: Firefox

This is reproducible in stage.
