Preconditions
Sign in to SUMO

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Submit a question against any premium product contact form.
  2. Sign in to Zendesk as a support agent.
  3. Add a reply to the ticket submitted in step 1 which contains an unordered and ordered lists.
  4. Navigate to the ticket view inside SUMO.

Expected behavior
Both the unordered and ordered lists are successfully formatted/displayed.

Actual behavior
Both the unordered and ordered lists are not properly formatted.
