This branch adds the basics of the style-guide infrastructure and adds a throbber example.
It also:

  • Add normalize.css
  • Moves /lib/helpers -> /lib/zutils
  • Moves /statics -> /media
  • Uses some grunt/stylus foo to embed images as data-uris.
  • Refactor formatters a little so the html output can be used generally and for special API doc responses.

It make sense to have style guide in zippy because its then a living doc, so my email about RTD or markdown can be ignored for this pull request.

The pre-existing markdown API docs stuff is fairly separate - I've commented on the email thread about that. But whether we keep that or want to re-jig things should be easy enough irrespective of this.

Just to understand, the move from statics to media is to be consistent with existing projects? Or respect node conventions?
