Summary

Set allowPrerelease to false in global.json to restrict to stable .NET SDK versions only. rollForward was already latestMinor — no change needed there.

allowPrerelease is set to false, but sdk.version is still a prerelease (-preview). This makes SDK resolution confusing and can break builds on machines that don't have a stable 10.0.100+ installed (the resolver may ignore the installed preview and fail). To truly restrict to stable SDKs, update sdk.version to a stable 10.0.x SDK (or keep allowPrerelease: true if the preview SDK is still required).
