How to utilize the SLLOD shear algorithm in the current version of azplugins?

I've noticed that the SLLOD shear algorithm is implemented in HOOMD-2.9.7, as referenced here: link.
I'm curious about how this algorithm is applied in the current version of azplugins, which is tested against HOOMD-5.4.0. Could you provide some insights or documentation on this?

SLLOD isn't currently a documented feature of azplugins. @astatt has written a couple implementations of it over the years (that is her website). I believe her current version is a fork of HOOMD (rather than a plugin) due to some technical limitations. I'm not sure if it's publicly available.

We are also working on implementing Lees-Edwards boundary conditions and SLLOD in HOOMD with first-class support. This is a long work in progress, but the first major step is open as a pull request (glotzerlab/hoomd-blue#2122).

This is correct. There is no official implementation of SLLOD, as there are various technical issues associated with it and it can't be easily implemented as a plugin. Please see glotzerlab/hoomd-blue#2122 for the work in progress on some of these features.
