What's new since v0.2.0-beta:

• Premium accounts wired end to end — credentials live in the OS keyring, validation and rotation included
• File hosters: MediaFire, PixelDrain, Gofile
• Container files: DLC / CCF / RSDF / Metalink import in the Link Grabber
• Galleries expand into selectable per-image rows
• CI is now the merge gate: three-OS matrix, blocking desktop E2E smoke test, checksummed release artifacts (SHA256SUMS + PROVENANCE.txt)

Known limitations (on purpose, see the changelog):

• No CAPTCHA solving — 1fichier free downloads that need one are unsupported
• MEGA links are detected but refused until host-side decryption ships
• No remote access (REST API / Web UI)
• macOS and Windows binaries are unsigned — expect Gatekeeper/SmartScreen warnings on first launch
