Development Box built from Vagrant and puppet. Several script to install tools for bioinformatics.
- Install virtualbox
- Install vagrant via http://downloads.vagrantup.com
- cd DevBox
- vagrant up # this will take some time to download actual box.
- vagrant ssh # to ssh into the box
