disable automatic captions on youtube

using mpv to watch youtube video that has automatic captions is annoying, is there any way to make yt-dlp or mpv not download/choose them?
this is how mpv displays them:

1. English - CC1 (en-Ske9 null) [external]
2. English (United States) (en-US null) [external]
3. English - CC2 (en-Bks1 null) [external]
