why mpv wipes audio from youtube videos after windows "turn off the display"?

Hi, I would like to know why this is happening and if this could be fixed. After windows turns off your display and you have a video loaded in mpv, the audio gets wiped and only the video stream stays. Which means you have to reload the entire video anyway. Is there a way to prevent this?
