Optionally never hide controls

Hi,

At the bottom of Preferences -> Player Layout, there's the Hide player control time that allows customizing the time after which the player controls hide.

It would be nice to be able to switch auto-hide off completely.

Thanks, sorry, usually when repos have Discussions enabled it means they want feature requests there, in the Ideas section, while they only wan bug reports in Issues.

Anyway, I upgraded and immediately encountered a blocking situation for which I created #308.
