Form Submit

This is a project made by follwing the Spring guide that shows the process of using Spring to create and submit web forms.

It displays a simple form with two text fields and a button, the user inputs and ID and a Message, and presses the button to submit it. Once you hit the button, a new web page is displayed, showing the provided ID and the Message.
