hw-codesign turns an agent brief into a reviewable hardware candidate and an explicit fabrication-blocker report for supported board families. The first public RP2040 candidate is intentionally evidence-bounded: the software and CAD gates are visible in the hosted review, while sourcing, toolchain, fabrication process, and physical qualification remain explicit blockers.
