Code Review

This pull request correctly updates the version in package.json to 16.0.3. However, a corresponding entry in CHANGELOG.md appears to be missing. To maintain clear release notes for users and adhere to standard release practices, it's important to document the changes included in this new version. Please consider adding a section for 16.0.3 to the changelog detailing the fixes or features in this release.
