✨ Allow "Animate windows being resized" without enabling preview

Feature Request Description

I think it would be cool to allow animating the window without having the preview enabled. A good example of this is when increasing the size of a window, using the resize actions, I don't need a preview for a window that I'm going to be expanding by five pixels... every time...

Yup, I feel like this has been mentioned before but I wasn't able to do it reliably.

However, I just tried implementing again and it's working fine?? This is definitely viable!

The only flaw here is that I also had to disable Loop's mechanism to get a window's minimum size (since that creates a ton of lag), meaning that the window might be placed off-screen by accident. But I can look into optimizing it!

Try this build:

I ended up reprogramming most of the window animation mechanism to eliminate the whole minimum size calculation, which also makes it so that Loop no longer needs screen capture access :D
