Bug Description
I once mentioned this while using the dynamic wallpaper, but it was said that dynamic wallpapers aren't easy to cope with. So this time I tried a static wallpaper, but still, the wallpaper based accent color is black. After turning on the gradient, it goes black-lime. The "Sync Wallpaper" button has no effect, and the black-lime color doesn't change with my wallpaper. It's just so weird.
Steps To Reproduce
Select the wallpaper based accent color in settings.
Expected Behavior
The accent color is extracted from the wallpaper correctly.
Actual Behavior
The accent color is always a black-lime gradient, despite of the actual wallpaper.
Screenshots
In this image, I selected the system's yellow pure color wallpaper. But the accent color is still a black-lime gradient.
