Make it so that the accessibility request will show in front of Loop's settings window.
User can now click on the keybind title/icon itself to edit it.

I have also reordered functions in
applicationDidFinishLaunching()withinAppDelegateto ask for accessibility permits after the settings window is shown, so that the alert isn't immediately covered by Loop's settings window.
