Typo in the latest changelog?

Hey people!
first of all, thanks for the great software!
I read the changelog for the 0.6.1 release. It says:

> This release is for mitigating pain caused by v0.6.1 ...

I assume that the v0.6.1 release fixes issues from the v0.6.0 release?
