Feature: Agent Search CLI (./scripts/search.sh)

Problem

With 150+ agents across 12 divisions, finding the right agent for a task is hard. Users have to scroll through the README or manually grep files.

Proposal

A lightweight CLI search tool:

./scripts/search.sh "database"
# Output:
#   🗄️ Database Optimizer (engineering) — Schema design, query optimization
#   🔧 Data Engineer (engineering) — Data pipelines, lakehouse architecture
#   🏗️ Backend Architect (engineering) — API design, database architecture

./scripts/search.sh --division marketing "content"
#   📝 Content Creator (marketing) — Multi-platform content, editorial calendars
#   📕 Xiaohongshu Specialist (marketing) — Lifestyle content, trend-driven strategy

How it works

• Fuzzy search across agent name and description frontmatter fields
• Optional --division filter (reuses lib.sh helpers)
• Pure bash, no dependencies — consistent with existing scripts
• Reads directly from agent .md files (no index needed)

Why this matters

• Faster onboarding for new users (150+ agents is overwhelming)
• Complements the --division flag in install.sh
• Zero maintenance — auto-discovers new agents as they're added
