Very much alive — if anything it's accelerating. Just in the last couple of weeks:

• A native desktop app shipped (v0.2.1, macOS · Windows · Linux) — see the Announcements category
• New tool integrations merged (Osaurus, Hermes) with more in flight (Kiro, ZCode)
• The catalog + tooling got a single-source-of-truth contract (tools.json / divisions.json) with CI guards so additions stay consistent
• Agents keep landing — 232 agents across 16 divisions and counting
