cn_stateis column number 24 now.“rescue” is now “RESCUE” in
filtercolumn, number 25. Noreviewcolumn anymore.Aggregate now include
PASSandRESCUEfrom column 25 of the*.gene_level.txt. Excludingsuppress_large_homdel.
