updated /ifs/archive and BRCA sample paths in test input files

megatron and WES paths in our test_inputs are outdated, as the /ifs/archive mount is semi-retired (no longer readable on the cluster). the WES_25TN (BRCA samples from philip's paper) also no longer exist at the paths indicated so they have also been updated to the cmo permanent space.

Sort the files in the original order so that the git diff only shows path changes.

good thinking, i think only WES_25TN.tsv will have order changes because the other two were changed with sed -i.
