[Bug]: Stack WebUI Save Error

Bug Description

When navigating to the settings tab for a stack, I input a formatted URL for the main WebUI of the stack. When clicking save I get an error saying 'Invalid WebUI URL. Must be http:// or https://'.

Expected Behavior

I should be able to set the WebUI URL for a stack, save it, then be able to see and use in that stack's context menu.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on a stack and select 'Edit Stack'
2. Navigate to to the settings tab
3. Locate the 'Stack WebUI' section
4. Input a WebUI URL into the field
5. Press save

You set it to [IP]:[PORT], that can't work for a stack, only Individual containers. You must enter an actual IP and port.

Also I am reworking this a bit so soon you'll be able to select one of the containers on the stack to use for the webui for the stack in addition to being able to type a full url like you can now.
