[Bug]: Display issues in Tabbed Mode

Bug Description

I am noticing some display issues when using the Azure Theme with Tabbed Page view.

First off the "Basic/Advanced View" Toggle does not appear to be contained in the tab, and appears in when either tab is selected. Note that in the first screen shot it appears in addition to the "Basic/Advanced View" toggle of the Docker Containers Tab, which is properly placed.

Additionally the "Edit Stack" popup doesn't seem to correctly display its panels.
(Edit) This second issue with the popup appears to happen regardless of the theme so long as Tabbed is the display mode.

Expected Behavior

The "Basic/Advanced View" toggle should be contained within the tab, and the contents of the editing popup should be usable.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Goto User Preferences / Display settings and ensure that the Azure Theme is selected and the "Page View" is set to "Tabbed".
2. If you are using unraid 7.2.4 like I am you will need to edit /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/Docker.page and remove the line Tabs="false". This works around a bug that is not present in previous versions and fixed in the 7.3.0-beta.
3. Go to the docker page and observe the location of the "Basic/Advanced View" toggle.
4. Choose any compose stack to edit and note the popup does not display correctly.

This is now fixed in the Beta. Please give it a try and let me know if there are further issues. #58

The display problems that this issue reference appear to be fixed! I do however notice a different issue with the Beta plugin in that only a few of my stacks appear in the interface. For the ones that dont appear i see a line in the system log that something like this Mar 26 20:50:12 Server compose.manager: Initialized missing display name from project folder: 'netdata' - Data: {"project":"netdata","displayName":"netdata"}. When i switch back to the stable plugin all of my stacks appear as normal.
