Implement support for remaining protocols

Unfortunately it seems that there aren't any active servers (that I can find) making extensive use of Gopher+, as Michael also notes in his gemlog about Gopher+ support from a couple years back (gemini://mozz.us/journal/2023-07-30.gmi). Pygopherd seems to just report back INFO blocks and nothing else, so for now Gopher+ support won't be a priority until I find something that actively makes use of all the new spec features (or I make/host it myself)
