Isolate technical inline text left-to-right on Hebrew wiki pages
docs: two Hebrew pages that rendered left to right
GitHub's wiki does not detect direction, so every Hebrew page wraps itself in
<div dir="rtl">. Two were not getting it:
- Follow-Me-he had no wrapper at all, so the whole page rendered LTR --
bullets, tables and punctuation on the wrong side.
- Airfields-Dataset-he closed the wrapper before its last section, which then
rendered LTR on its own.
Both predate this week's edits. All 42 Hebrew pages now open the wrapper in the
first few lines and close it at the end, which is checkable in one pass.

Document the parking request: what the AIP requires, and where to ask
New section on Submit a flight plan (EN + HE): which fields require parking to be
arranged before departure, the published address for each, what the dialog asks
for that the plan cannot know, and why the expected departure is not prefilled.
Notes the LT/Z marking on times and the unaddressed-draft case for a field that
publishes only a phone. Airfields dataset gains the matching key.
docs: align wiki with current NavAid behavior
wiki(he): translate leftover English UI labels to Hebrew
The Hebrew Features/Toolbar/Map-Layers/dataset pages still showed many
control labels in English (Show return path, Force snap, Light mode, the
View toggles, layer names, etc). Translate them to match the app's Hebrew
labels; add the missing Extra-layers row + Keep-kites/MSA rows. Kept
genuine English terms (SimConnect, DevTools, SID/STAR, Copy JSON tuning
button, footer links).
docs(wiki): reconcile pages with current app (running + source audit)
Audited all pages against the live app source. Key corrections:
- Dataset counts: nav-waypoints 172 (was 256/238/173), airfields 27 (was 16);
BYOP 142 PDFs / ~97 MB.
- Data paths: docs/data/*.json (comm-change, vor, nav-waypoints, airfields).
- Toolbar: 7 sections incl. Simulator; renamed Edit / View-Set / Export-import;
FDR export, Saved routes, SIGMET/wind/keep-kites/MSA toggles; magnifier opens 1x.
- Keyboard: +/- zoom the map (loupe only when magnifier on); add F/A/N/C/R/B.
- Storage keys: navaid.mapOpacity.v2, navaid.showVorStations, navaid.sec.sim,
toolbarCollapsed default 0.
- Architecture: script load order adds terrain.js, alt-pair-directions.js, gdrive.js.
- Export tiles via navaid-tiles.supino.org (not images.weserv.nl); SW cache navaid-v5;
deploy concurrency cancel-in-progress:false; CI path docs/data/nav-waypoints.json.
- i18n: English defaults live in core.js; docs/i18n/<lang>/strings.js (en empty); default locale English.
- Inspector-he: drop invented fields (Set Course, Type, note size, 5 shapes -> rect/oval).
- Freq: 52 comm-change points; Default label; freq-table scope. Charts-Modal-he: AIP May 2026.
- Quick-Start/Home/User-Guide (he): remove nonexistent Fly/calculate button (routing is live).
docs(wiki): Hebrew translations for all pages + new-feature coverage
- Translate the 8 English-only pages to Hebrew: Airfields-Dataset,
Architecture, Deployment, Directory-Structure, Features,
LocalStorage-Schema, Map-Layers, Nav-Waypoints-Dataset.
- Document new features (en + he): expanded satellite view in the
inspector (pan / zoom / layer dropdown / recentre, chart zoom-gating),
PLN export + import, and the unified JSON/GPX/PLN export dropdown.
- Make the sidebar bilingual so Hebrew readers navigate in Hebrew, and
cross-link Hebrew pages to other Hebrew pages.
