  • Document hotspots, and the new ?hotspots=1 review overlay (EN + HE) Hotspots were not in the wiki at all: not what the ring means in flight, not the rule that derives them from the route graph, not the per-node override. Added to Waypoints and notes (what it means), Nav waypoints dataset (how it is derived and overridden) and Hidden tools (the new flag, beside ?graphlegs=1).

  • Drop retired-mechanism prose: describe what the app does now The wiki carried several 'X was retired / no longer exists / used to sit in Y' notes — the weserv tile proxy, the split dataset files, the comm-change file, the simulator toolbar section, the callout's former angle. History belongs in the changelog; a reference page should state the current path once. Left alone: 'legacy'/'historical' entries that name directories and migration keys that genuinely still exist and still run (EN + HE).

  • Route-graph review overlay, dataset correction, and the clearance-leg refusal Nav-Waypoints-Dataset: the page documented three files that no longer exist. Reporting points are projected from the layer's route graph now (navWaypointsFromGraph), not read from *-nav-waypoints.json. The CVFR count 172 was also stale: the graph holds 172 nodes of which 170 project, ZRANA and RANNO being locality labels the chart-image rebuild misread as mandatory points and now carrying active:false. Documents that active is absent-means-true (a missing flag can only ever show a label, never hide a published point), and noSegmentsReason for published points that legitimately have no segment, such as military-route ones -- they look identical to a locality label in the data, which is why the reason is required. Hidden-Tools: adds ?graphlegs=1, the route-graph review overlay -- what the marks mean, why arrow and altitude sit together at the end a direction starts from (the chart prints the figure there, so the two read side by side), why a two-way leg shows two figures, and what an em-dash means. Notes that it reads the same fields routing reads, which is how `blocked` was found on the wrong entry of 7 of the 21 CVFR one-way legs. Submit-Flight-Plan: army airways and ATC-approval corridors cannot appear in a filed plan, so the app refuses rather than warns -- the plan would come back rejected, so there is nothing to acknowledge. Also states plainly what is NOT restricted: the legs stay on the map with their altitudes and a hand-placed point is always kept; only the app's own choice changed. The cache-bust line already on the dataset page is correct as written and left alone -- deploy.yml rewrites every data/*.json?v= to the commit SHA.

  • docs: align wiki with current NavAid behavior

  • wiki(he): translate leftover English UI labels to Hebrew The Hebrew Features/Toolbar/Map-Layers/dataset pages still showed many control labels in English (Show return path, Force snap, Light mode, the View toggles, layer names, etc). Translate them to match the app's Hebrew labels; add the missing Extra-layers row + Keep-kites/MSA rows. Kept genuine English terms (SimConnect, DevTools, SID/STAR, Copy JSON tuning button, footer links).

  • docs(wiki): reconcile pages with current app (running + source audit) Audited all pages against the live app source. Key corrections: - Dataset counts: nav-waypoints 172 (was 256/238/173), airfields 27 (was 16); BYOP 142 PDFs / ~97 MB. - Data paths: docs/data/*.json (comm-change, vor, nav-waypoints, airfields). - Toolbar: 7 sections incl. Simulator; renamed Edit / View-Set / Export-import; FDR export, Saved routes, SIGMET/wind/keep-kites/MSA toggles; magnifier opens 1x. - Keyboard: +/- zoom the map (loupe only when magnifier on); add F/A/N/C/R/B. - Storage keys: navaid.mapOpacity.v2, navaid.showVorStations, navaid.sec.sim, toolbarCollapsed default 0. - Architecture: script load order adds terrain.js, alt-pair-directions.js, gdrive.js. - Export tiles via navaid-tiles.supino.org (not images.weserv.nl); SW cache navaid-v5; deploy concurrency cancel-in-progress:false; CI path docs/data/nav-waypoints.json. - i18n: English defaults live in core.js; docs/i18n/<lang>/strings.js (en empty); default locale English. - Inspector-he: drop invented fields (Set Course, Type, note size, 5 shapes -> rect/oval). - Freq: 52 comm-change points; Default label; freq-table scope. Charts-Modal-he: AIP May 2026. - Quick-Start/Home/User-Guide (he): remove nonexistent Fly/calculate button (routing is live).

  • docs(wiki): Hebrew translations for all pages + new-feature coverage - Translate the 8 English-only pages to Hebrew: Airfields-Dataset, Architecture, Deployment, Directory-Structure, Features, LocalStorage-Schema, Map-Layers, Nav-Waypoints-Dataset. - Document new features (en + he): expanded satellite view in the inspector (pan / zoom / layer dropdown / recentre, chart zoom-gating), PLN export + import, and the unified JSON/GPX/PLN export dropdown. - Make the sidebar bilingual so Hebrew readers navigate in Hebrew, and cross-link Hebrew pages to other Hebrew pages.
