This PR updates .github/workflows/php.yml to use the shivammathur/setup-php action to make it easier to test each version of PHP on Ubuntu Linux, Windows and macOS.
This PR deletes unnecessary dockerfiles for CI, improves and fixes #82, #83 and #84 , too.
