msys2 can not be installed on Windows 11 for arm64

msys2 can not be installed on Windows 11 for arm64. on Apple Studio M1.

I run Windows 11 for arm64 under VMware Fusion and the latest macOS on Apple Studio M1.

When I double click on the installer, a window does open. But this window does nothing, I can not choose the installation path. The only thing, I can do with this installer window, is, to close the installer window.
