use bootstrap
Bootstrap is a CSS stylesheet that aims to make it easy to make
web-sites look good across different browsers while providing
saner defaults than HTML does.
Let's use it, and hopefully save ourselves from lots of CSS
hacking.
While we're at it, move css into the 'css'-folder, and images
the 'img'-folder, since this is how the Bootstrap distribution
is structored.
