Added two methods for better lazy load control

Now you can ask each node if it was populated. This helps in so many places
performance-wise that i deceided to add it to the interface

API V2 parallel added

The V2 API was added in parallel to the previous API, which will be removed after cmsable was ported to it. So no big version bump because it shouldnt produce any errors

This version is mostly stable but not meant for general consumption.
