Rewrite with EMS Filesystem

The old version did totally depend on eloquent. The new one tries to just use Ems\Core\Filesystem and Ems\Tree\NodeRepository to fullfill the task. But unfortunatly it is not completely decoupled from eloquent.

Bugfixes and better integration

This release added templates, a new controller and the most obvious bugs where fixed.
