Unable to install cuda13-trl

Environment, CPU architecture, OS, and Version:
Ubuntu 25.10
AMD64 CPU
RTX 5080

Describe the bug
Am getting this when I attempt to install cuda13-trl:

Failed to install backend: cuda13-trl(failed to download backend "quay.io/go-skynet/local-ai-backends:latest-cublas-cuda13-trl": failed to get image "quay.io/go-skynet/local-ai-backends:latest-cublas-cuda13-trl": GET https://quay.io/v2/go-skynet/local-ai-backends/manifests/latest-cublas-cuda13-trl: MANIFEST_UNKNOWN: manifest unknown; map[])

I have restarted the container a couple of times to attempt to clear it, same problem each time.

To Reproduce
Find cuda13-trl in backends listing, press button to download.

Expected behavior
I would hope it installs.
