Reduces log clutter by changing the log level from INFO to DEBUG for successful (200 OK) /api/operations requests. This endpoint is polled frequently by the Web UI, causing log spam. Fixes mudler#7989.

Description
This PR reduces the log verbosity for the
/api/operationsendpoint. The Web UI polls this endpoint frequently (every second), causing the logs to be flooded withINFOmessages which makes debugging difficult.Changes
core/http/app.go.200 OK) to/api/operationsare now logged atDEBUGlevel (hidden by default) instead ofINFO.INFOlevel.Related Issue

Testing
curl http://localhost:8080/api/operationsno longer produces an INFO log entry./favicon.svgor/readyz) still produce INFO logs as expected.
