•Designed, mapped out, and built a functional paycheck calculator that takes into account a worker’s base pay, overtime pay, and shift differentials
•Added federal tax deductions for single filers
•Currently analyzing tax brackets both at the federal level to add support for joint, separate, and head of household deductions
•Planning to add support for pre and post-tax deductions, state tax deductions, and to optimize the fed codebase to be more fluid and use variables to account for updates values from IRS on an annual basis.
