[Tabs] Indicator width is wrong

Hello,

currently I have a indicator problem with the Tabs component.
I don't know why, but the indicator has the wrong width in the initial state. After changing the tab to another, the width measurement works fine.

As you can see on this screenshot: The indicator width is to low for the first initial tab

After chaning the tab from "TEMPLATES" to "GROUPS", it looks fine

Duplicate of #9337. If we don't fix it in the near term (seems to be the direction we are taking), I think that it would be great to document the limitation and the workaround (like we do with a couple of other components, Grid, Autocomplete, Modal, etc).

@oliviertassinari It looks like the duplicate you tagged was regarding updating the indicator's width when the Tabs component changes width, whereas this issue happens without the Tabs component changing width and is related to the initial width of the indicator. Do you know of a way to update the indicator's width?
