Snackbar can be clicked through in IE11

Problem description

I can click through the Snackbar in IE11 onto the underlying elements. That causes problems when there are, for instance, links lying underneath the Snackbar.

Steps to reproduce

Take a Snackbar and a SnackbarContent within the Snackbar. Place it over some element, e.g. a Link. Trigger the appearance of the Snackbar and click on it where the link is beneath.

How would you fix the issue? Without a way to reproduce, I can only trust you.

I would fix it by setting the pointer-events to 'all' in the Snackbar root class.
