Versioning of Multica projects

It would be great if Multica allowed users to version an entire project as a single unit — including agent teams, individual agents, their instructions, skills, MCP configuration, workflow settings, and other project-related dependencies.

In more complex projects, prompts, orchestration, skills, and MCP integrations often change over time. Versioning would significantly help with safe experimentation, comparing changes, rolling back to a stable version, and improving team collaboration.

It would also be very useful for project skeletons and fast scaffolding of new projects — for example, having a Multica project stored in a Git repository and using it to quickly create a new project with a predefined structure of agents, teams, skills, MCP configuration, and workflows with fresh preinstalled project skeleton.
