cwl-svg Bug

This demonstrates a bug in the cwl-svg library

To use this example:

1. Build the code with:

   node_modules/.bin/webpack
   node_modules/.bin/http-server

2. Browse to http://127.0.0.1:8080
3. Note that selection works correctly
4. Click the Redraw button once
5. Note that nodes cannot be selected
