Implement HTTP Endpoints with a URL structure of /api/multiplug.ext.network.http/{URL}/

• Use Key Value Pairs encoded as application/x-www-form-urlencoded for Post Verb
• Use Query String for Get Verb

User Interface

The Request Key of the application/x-www-form-urlencoded value eg: temp=50.1 can be mapped to a MultiPlug Subject if different from the Subject name. This is optional.
