Description

This pull request changes the server's icon to white, which is already known from the Multi Theft Development server, fits perfectly and serves the purpose. Closes #3940

as i see this was being added in version 22909 but for me it doesn't work on windows 11, it stays orange.
When you run the server normally it doesn't even have an icon it just shows the Terminal app icon, if you run it as administrator it still uses the orange icon. (both x86 & x64) (also since there is a x64 installer.exe its icon should be changed too, no?) (and not just the installer, the .exe files in MTA folder too)

You have to wait for the build with updated launchers.
