This PR unifies sdk-network-providers into sdk-core to simplify the codebase and streamline functionality. By merging these packages, we reduce redundancy, improve maintainability, and enhance overall performance. All previous functionalities of both packages are preserved, with updated references to the unified package for seamless integration.
