No more config.php - all configuration via environment variables
New Local user method - YAML files in a directory
New dashboard configuration - YAML files in a directory

use artisan or please commandline tool for maintenance tasks
add the Monolog logging framework to do some actual logging
use Monolog to send events to email or Slack or Mattermost or..
