Save yourself the trouble. Use pkhex 21.11.21, as it's now a flag that you can set within pkhex. I'm retaining the file here, if some weirdos still want to use it.

Each release comes with a complimentary "don't ask how to use it" sticker.
To use it: Drag+drop (or add the file(s) as arguments in CLI) a save file onto PlatinumOutfitUnlocker.exe and it'll set the right bit for you.
(the binary was updated to include the bin extension check)
