modifiy for only quarter notes

I have tried many hours to modify this qml code to only blacken the quarter notes without success.   I would really appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction.  I believe it is just a simple "if" statement to only blacken if duration is quarter note but nothing I've tried worked.  Thanks in advance.
