Enhancement: allow the selection of an alternative fullscreen element

with muxinc/media-chrome#415 it would be very (very) nice for those of us using MuxPlayer to be able to choose an alternative to the fullscreen element so that we can provide users with a more holistic and consistent fullscreen experience.

As it is our apps are forced to suffer with the default fullscreen element and it isn't conducive for more complex use cases and user experience.

also, as stopgap solution that may work for you, mux-player has a mediaController property, so you could experiment with muxPlayerElRef.mediaController.fullscreenElement = myFullscreenElRef;. I think we'd still want to make this cleaner for folks, but that may at least unblock you (🤞)
